    Man, used to drop in here about 2-3 times a year for a cheap burger and fries.

    However, this last visit - was the WORST.

    Waitress screwed up the order not once, not twice, but three times.

    1. Brought the wrong shake. I kindly informed them, she apologized.
    2. Second shake - wrong again. I mentioned it, she apologized, and came back with a third, correct shake.
    3. Brought my hamburger with completely wrong toppings - NO toppings to be exact.

    Waitress exasperated, tells me, "I don't cook, and I don't make shakes, I don't know what they are doing back there."

    As I'm driving away, I see same waitress leaning up against back of building smoking a cigarette with one of the cooks and another waitress.

    Not sure if I can return after this debacle. SMH.

    I've visited here twice in the last couple months and while  I love the food and will continue to come back to eat, the service isn't the best. I know it gets busy but when several servers are scurrying about because they can't figure out who took my order and who hah my check so I can pay, something needs changed.

    Otherwise, I'll be back again for another delicious burger and fries. Don't forget to add that seasoning!

    Very poor service. Hostess was not in the game. Order took forever, forgot our drinks as well as milkshake order. A hair on our plate, windows between booths had greasy hand prints on it.  Filthy greasy place. Countertops, tables, floors and candy rack completely covered in grease!  If you are a health inspector reading this this place needs to be shut DOWN until properly trained management can assist. Someone is going to get sick or worse.

    Definitely wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have been here twice. The first time we went the service was slow, awful & the food was not even worth the $3.99. Asked for chicken strips originally but they were out. So we decided to give it a second try because I believe restaurants have off days like we all do but again the service sucked, the food wasn't worth the money & they were out of what I usually get. The floor was sticky & the place was a mess. Our waitress was completely rude. Also, there were packs of cigarettes on the counter where they make the drinks. I'm BEYOND done with this place. They should close the doors or GET THEIR CRAP STRAIGHT. Someone clearly doesn't know how to run a business.
